Former Cruz Azul Coach Paco Jémez Joins West Ham United Coaching Staff

Paco Jémez has taken a major step in his managerial career by joining the coaching staff of West Ham United in the Premier League. The former Cruz Azul head coach has been appointed as an assistant to manager Nuno Espírito Santo, marking his first official role within an English top-flight technical staff.

West Ham confirmed the move through an official statement, announcing that the 55-year-old Spanish coach has already begun working with the first team. Jémez was present at training sessions alongside Mark Robson, Steve Potts, Gerard Prenderville, Rui Barbosa and Billy Lepine, integrating immediately into the club’s technical structure.
